THINGS TO KNOW

  • Please check in at our office located at 4800 Padre Blvd (across from the Post Office) at Constellation & Padre Blvd.

  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.  If you anticipate arriving after 5:00 p.m., please let us know and we will let you know what the procedure is to receive your keys. If we must come to the office after hours, there could be a $25 fee.

  • Check out time is 11:00 a.m.  If you are going to be late checking out, please let us know at your earliest convenience, otherwise there may be a late fee equal to 1/2 day rental. 

  • Unfortunately, condos don’t have an ample supply of parking so we must ask that you only have one vehicle per condo. Trailers are also not allowed on most properties; please ask about this before arriving.

  • No refunds will be made for shortened stays.

  • We know that sometimes things can be left behind, but Furcron Property Management Co. cannot be held responsible for any items left in unit. Please look under your bed, in the closets and especially your bedside table.  If we have to return items to you there will be a fee plus postage and handling.

  • You may pay with cash, money order or personal check.  There is a 5% fee if balance is paid with a Visa or MasterCard.

  • A 17% occupancy tax is required for rentals less than 30 days.  (8.5% SPI, 6% State, 2% City Venue, 1/2% Cameron Co Venue)

  • NSF checks will be charged an additional $35.

  • A $200 damage deposit or more is required upon check in on all rental units.  Any damage to unit or missing items will be deducted and the remaining deposit will be refunded within three weeks after your stay.

  • If you must cancel your reservation, you must give 60 days or more advance notice.  You will be charged a $25 bookkeeping fee which will be deducted from your deposit.  Less than 60 day notification, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • All rates are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed, we do not own the units and sometimes the owner makes changes.

  • One person should be responsible for total payment at check in.  This designated person will collect from all parties involved in payment of rental fees.

  • Your party must not exceed the accommodation limit for your condo.  Extra guests exceeding the limit will not be allowed and you will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.  No one other than persons registered are allowed. THIS IS A MUST!  STATE & LOCAL LAW.

  • Subletting the unit is strictly prohibited.

  • PETS are NOT allowed in many of our rental units; please ask if the unit you rent allows pets.  Otherwise, there may be a fee and/or you will be asked to remove your pet for the length of your stay.

  • Swimmers Beware:  Please advise all persons in your party that swimming in the pools or Gulf of Mexico will be at their own risk.  There are no lifeguards on duty!  Observe flag system on beach.

  • Please bring your confirmation when checking in.  Thank you.
